Description: Llama anti-rabbit CF™ dye conjugates are prepared by labeling affinity purified llama anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with a selection of CF™ dyes. CF™ dyes offer combined advantages in brightness, photostability, and specificity compared other fluorescent dyes. CF™488A (Ex/Em 490/515 nm) is a superior alternative to the traditional green fluorescent dye FITC (or fluorescein) owing to its exceptional brightness and photostability. CF™488A has brightness and photostability comparable to Alexa Fluor® 488.

Because of the relatively low water solubility of the AM ester, Pluronic F-127, a mild detergent, is often used as a dispersing agent to facilitate dye loading.
