Fournisseur: ProSci Inc.
Description: This receptor binds insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF1) with a high affinity and IGF2 with a lower affinity. It has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity, which is necessary for the activation of the IGF1-stimulated downstream signaling cascade. When present in a hybrid receptor with INSR, binds IGF1.

Fournisseur: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: RevertAid™ Reverse Transcriptase (RT) is a genetically modified M-MuLV RT. It differs from the M-MuLV RT by its structure and catalytic properties. The enzyme possesses an RNA-dependent and DNA-dependent polymerase activity and a RNase H activity specific to RNA in RNA-DNA hybrids, which is significantly lower than that of Avian Myeloblastosis Virus (AMV) reverse transcriptase.

Numéro de catalogue: (ICNA112100200)
Fournisseur: MP Biomedicals
Description: The EZ-Yeast™ Transformation Kit is designed for high throughput transformation with efficiencies up to 10³ transformants per μg plasmid DNA. It is ideal for cases where a large number of transformations must be performed, but only a few transformants are needed. Perfect for a quick analysis of potentially positive two-hybrid colonies, it does not require fully competent cells prior to transformation.

Numéro de catalogue: (BOSSBS-3969R-A680)
Fournisseur: Bioss
Description: cAMP is a signaling molecule important for a variety of cellular functions. cAMP exerts its effects by activating the cAMP-dependent protein kinase, which transduces the signal through phosphorylation of different target proteins. The inactive kinase holoenzyme is a tetramer composed of two regulatory and two catalytic subunits. cAMP causes the dissociation of the inactive holoenzyme into a dimer of regulatory subunits bound to four cAMP and two free monomeric catalytic subunits. Four different regulatory subunits and three catalytic subunits have been identified in humans. This gene encodes one of the regulatory subunits. This protein was found to be a tissue-specific extinguisher that down-regulates the expression of seven liver genes in hepatoma x fibroblast hybrids. Mutations in this gene cause Carney complex (CNC). This gene can fuse to the RET protooncogene by gene rearrangement and form the thyroid tumor-specific chimeric oncogene known as PTC2. A nonconventional nuclear localization sequence (NLS) has been found for this protein which suggests a role in DNA replication via the protein serving as a nuclear transport protein for the second subunit of the Replication Factor C (RFC40). Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been observed.
