Carbazole is an aromatic heterocyclic organic molecule.
- Carbazole has been used in the uronic acid assay
Carbazole mainly interacts with DNA and damages it. These events suppress the synthesis of new DNA or RNA. Carbazole derivatives are involved in antimicrobial, antitumor, antiepileptic, antihistaminic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antidiarrhoeal, analgesic, neuroprotective, and pancreatic lipase suppression activities. May contain dark particles.
