Ozone-scavenging reagent that reacts rapidly with ozone. Potassium indigotrisulfonate has been used: In colorimetric method of measurement of atmospheric ozone, for measuring residual aqueous ozone by gas diffusion flow injection analysis, to determine O₃ concentration in water.
